Services Provided<\/h3>\r\n                    <p>The Agency provides IT solutions including but not limited to:<\/p>\r\n                    <ul>\r\n                        <li>Software development and customization<\/li>\r\n                        <li>Web and mobile application development<\/li>\r\n                        <li>IT consulting services<\/li>\r\n                        <li>Cloud computing solutions<\/li>\r\n                        <li>Network infrastructure services<\/li>\r\n                        <li>Cybersecurity services<\/li>\r\n                        <li>Technical support and maintenance<\/li>\r\n                    <\/ul>\r\n\r\n                    <h3>2. Client Responsibilities<\/h3>\r\n                    <p>Clients agree to:<\/p>\r\n                    <ul>\r\n                        <li>Provide accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery<\/li>\r\n                        <li>Cooperate with the Agency's reasonable requests<\/li>\r\n                        <li>Make timely payments as agreed<\/li>\r\n                        <li>Comply with all applicable laws and regulations<\/li>\r\n                    <\/ul>\r\n\r\n                    <h3>3. Fees and Payment<\/h3>\r\n                    <p>All services are subject to the following payment terms:<\/p>\r\n                    <ul>\r\n                        <li>Fees will be as quoted in the proposal or service agreement<\/li>\r\n                        <li>Payment terms are net [X] days from invoice date unless otherwise agreed<\/li>\r\n                        <li>Late payments may be subject to interest charges of [X]% per month<\/li>\r\n                        <li>Client is responsible for all taxes, duties, and other governmental charges<\/li>\r\n                    <\/ul>\r\n\r\n                    <h3>4. Confidentiality<\/h3>\r\n                    <p>Both parties agree to:<\/p>\r\n                    <ul>\r\n                        <li>Keep confidential information secure<\/li>\r\n                        <li>Not disclose confidential information to third parties without consent<\/li>\r\n                        <li>Use confidential information only for the purposes of the engagement<\/li>\r\n                    <\/ul>\r\n\r\n                    <h3>6. Warranties and Limitations<\/h3>\r\n                    <p>The Agency warrants that services will be performed with reasonable skill and care. However:<\/p>\r\n                    <ul>\r\n                        <li>The Agency does not guarantee error-free operation of software or systems<\/li>\r\n                        <li>The Agency is not responsible for third-party products or services<\/li>\r\n                        <li>Total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question<\/li>\r\n                    <\/ul>\r\n\r\n                    <h3>7. Termination<\/h3>\r\n                    <p>Either party may terminate an engagement:<\/p>\r\n                    <ul>\r\n                        <li>With [X] days written notice for convenience<\/li>\r\n                        <li>Immediately for material breach by the other party<\/li>\r\n                        <li>Client remains responsible for fees for work completed and expenses incurred<\/li>\r\n                    <\/ul>\r\n\r\n                    <h3>8. Data Protection<\/h3>\r\n                    <p>The Agency will comply with applicable data protection laws and will process Client data only as necessary to provide services.<\/p>\r\n\r\n                    <h3>9. Governing Law<\/h3>\r\n                    <p>These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country\/State].
